Who is your COACH?

In a recent Open Bible MESSAGE article, “Pastors Get Depressed Too“, Pastor Bart Bentley, Lead Pastor at Journey Church in Loves Park, IL, shared his personal struggle with depression following the COVID pandemic and what steps he took to find his way to healing. He has been coached by a trained coach in our region. Pastor Bart is also one of our twenty-five trained, licensed coaches ready to serve you.
What is COACHING?
Coaching is a ministry of Central Region to help leaders grow in their personal and professional life. Coaches are trained to be good listeners, and they draw out of you what God is already doing by asking good questions and helping you identify action steps. Coaching sessions are 45-60 minutes long and are available at no cost to our credentialed ministers and spouses. You select the coach of your choosing. You may want a coach who you have a connection with, or you may choose someone who you do not know. Whether they have expertise in the area you desire to grow in or not, they will use their coaches’ training to help you gain clarity and take the steps you need to go to the next level of living and leading.
How do I sign up for a COACH?
You go to our Central Region website and sign-up – https://openbiblecentral.org/coaching/. We have a good variety of men and women who are trained and ready to coach you. Don’t miss the opportunity to grow and go to the next level! This is one of our strategic development tools in Central Region.
Joyfully leading our coaching team,
Bruce Pfadenhauer, Head Coach
