Our churches and families are in the preparation stage for celebrating Christmas – God sending His one and only Son to redeem and rescue people who need a Savior! Robin and I are praying that your celebrations are filled with His presence and a fresh revelation of His great love and mercy for all of mankind. May God give each of us divine appointments to share this good news with the people that cross our path.

NEWS FROM THE REGIONAL BOARD
We want to let you know that Kevin Starkey has resigned as Church Planting Director and Provost of Open Bible College and will be leaving our team after serving Open Bible Central for 10+ years. Kevin shares some parting words:
Dear Regional Pastors and Leaders,
I trust this message finds you well. It is with a mix of emotions that I convey my recent decision to resign from my roles within Central Region. Over the past decade, the journey of ministry alongside each of you has been a genuine joy. The myriad memories of summer camps, winter retreats, and leaders’ meetings as the Student Ministries Director are cherished. I consider it a profound privilege to have stood shoulder-to-shoulder with you on the front lines of next generation ministry.
In particular, my heart swells with gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the multiplication efforts in recent years. Each church planter holds a special place in my heart, and witnessing your bravery in initiating new works has been truly inspiring.
A heartfelt thank you to Bruce and the board for entrusting me with what I consider the most incredible job in the world. The experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. As I embark on a new adventure, please know that each of you will remain in my thoughts and prayers.
We are grateful for all of the ways Kevin has served in his various capacities and we pray for God to direct Kevin’s steps as he leaves this assignment. If you need assistance regarding church planting or Open Bible College, please call the regional office at 515-282-6491.
