Please read the following guidelines/requirements for camp staff positions:

1. Age requirements for serving as a dorm staff for the following camps: • Youth Camp: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of camp for Middle School staff and 21 years or older for High School staff. • Kids’ Camp: You must be 16 years of age or older at the time of camp.

2. You must never have been accused or convicted of child endangerment or abuse.

3. You must complete the MinistrySafe training sent to you in a separate email a couples days after this form is submitted.

4. You must be currently attending a church on a regular basis and demonstrating a consistent Christian life as attested to by your pastor.

5. You must have your lead pastor's approval which we will attain via electronic signature.
