Ben and Lola Carson serve as the Next Generation Directors for Open Bible Central. In addition, Ben serves as a Lead Pastor and Lola is serves as a Worship Leader in West Des Moines, IA. The Carson’s have a passion to partner with leaders to help them accomplish their dreams and to raise up the next generation of leaders.

Central Region Kids Ministries exists to encourage and equip churches and children’s leaders to reach and disciple elementary-aged children. We host a leadership training event annually, as well as a Kids Camp. We seek to provide training and resources to equip the local church for Kids ministry.

Central Region Youth exists to help empower and equip the local church to make an impact in their community and help create a place for Middle and High School students to show up as their authentic selves, grow in Christ and take part in transforming their generation. We host a leadership training event annually, as well as Youth Camp and Winter Retreat. We hope to provide a place for students to be transformed by the power and presence of God.

Movement Central Region exists to empower young adults and new emerging leaders to live on mission for Christ with the challenge to lead in every arena they influence, encouraging each other, through the power of community, to live on mission for Christ and to fulfill the unique calling on their lives. Our desire is to create space for young adults to unite and collaborate to see their generation transformed. We do this through our crew communities spread out across central region, hosting a leadership training event annually and a bi-annual Movement United Conference, gathering young adults together nationally. By providing these opportunities, we hope to impact our region to make a difference world wide.
