Dear Participant,

At our November 2019 regional board meeting, I clarified that I would soon complete a decade of leading Central Region. As we prepare for the next decade of ministry, our leadership team decided to host a gathering of our board and staff with people we see as younger influencers in our churches and the region.

You were selected to be a participant in our Strategizing the NOW & NEXT event in Des Moines, IA, May 4-5, 2020. Our strategy sessions will be facilitated by Pastor Michael Nortune, an Open Bible pastor from California. You will be responsible to get to Des Moines, but we will cover your hotel (for those traveling from outside of Des Moines) and food during the event. We will begin with a Monday evening getting-acquainted event and then we will spend the day strategizing the direction for Central Region in the next decade. We will end the event later in the afternoon so those who travel to Des Moines will be able to get back home Tuesday evening.

All leaders are busy, but I hope you will be able to fit this important, future-thinking event into your schedule. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Blessings,

Bruce A. Pfadenhauer

Central Region Executive Director
