The P-5 Pastoral Review is a tool to assess core leadership competencies of lead pastors. It is not intended to be exhaustive, covering every gift, talent, and skill of a pastor. Rather, certain key, leadership competencies are identified for analysis and discussion of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
La Revisión Pastoral P-5 es una herramienta para evaluar las competencias de liderazgo fundamentales de los pastores principales. No pretende ser exhaustiva ni cubrir cada don, talento y habilidad de un pastor. Más bien, se identifican ciertas competencias clave de liderazgo para el análisis y la discusión de fortalezas, debilidades y oportunidades de crecimiento.
At the conclusion of the Biennial Pastoral Review, the governing board shall complete and submit the Pastor Review Verification to the regional executive director, confirming the review has been completed and the lead pastor’s call to serve has been reaffirmed. The Pastor Review Verification is validation to the regional executive director that the review, as required by church by-laws, has been completed.
Al concluir la Revisión Pastoral Bienal, la junta directiva completará y enviará la Verificación de la Revisión del Pastor al director ejecutivo regional, confirmando que la revisión ha sido terminada y que el llamado al servicio del pastor principal ha sido reafirmado.
